Removing some noise from iOS4 [en]

Users request, and Jobs please them.
Finally you can put your daughter’s picture as a wallpaper in your (untill now) clear and noiseless iPhone home screen. Wow! So cute! … Who wants a noiseless interface having your cutie in your mobile?
It’s true that screenshots of iOS4 look very nice with a wallpaper. But one thing is a nice screenshot and other very different is the interface you will see and interact with several minutes a day.
So just seconds after I updated to iOS4 I was just looking for the option to remove the wallpaper. And I really couldn’t find it. Maybe it is somewhere, but it was late and I couldn’t manage to find it.
So I created my very favorite wallpaper, the one that came originally with previus versions of iPhone OSes: whole black background.
Now my iPhone home screen is noiseless again.
In case you want it. Here you have it to download, in both old (2G, 3G & 3GS) and new (4G) resolutions.

2G and 3G users don’t get that option anyway. I don’t know if that is bad or good at the end.
What is clear for me that having the choice of putting a Wallpaper or not and let the user decide is always the best option.
